ตั้งอยู่ที่ตำบลบางคล้า อยู่ห่างจากตัวเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา ๒๓ กิโลเมตร จะเห็นค้างคาวแม่ไก่เกาะอยู่ตามต้นไม้ เป็นค้างคาวที่มีปีกสีดำ หน้าตาเหมือนสุนัขจิ้งจอก จมูกและใบหูเล็ก ตาโต ขนสีน้ำตาลแกมแดง อยู่กันเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่ ในเวลากลางวันจะเกาะกิ่งไม้ห้อยหัวลงมา ยามพลบค่ำก็บินไปหากิน หากล่องเรือชมทัศนียภาพตามลำน้ำบางปะกงก็จะผ่านวัดแห่งนี้ นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถแวะชมวัดได้จากท่าน้ำของวัด การเดินทางไปตามทางหลวงหมายเลข ๓๐๕ (สายฉะเชิงเทรา – กบินทร์บุรี) ปรัมาณ ๑๗ กิโลเมตร แยกซ้ายเข้าทางหลวงหมายเลข ๓๑๒๑ เข้าตัวเมืองบางคล้าไปประมาณ ๖ กิโลเมตร ผ่านศาลสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช แล้วเลี้ยวซ้ายประมาณ ๕๐๐ เมตร

This monastery is situated at Bang Khla Sub-district, 23 kilometers from Chachoengsao urban or downtown. Visitors can see Lale’s flying foxes hanging themselves at the branches of trees in the monastery. Lyle;s flying foxes are black wing bats, their face look like likes foxes, small nose and ears, big eyes, brownish red hair, they prefer to live together as a big flock. In day time, they hang themselves head downward with branches of trees and at nigh they fly out to eat insects. If visitors take a cruise in boat to see the riverbank scenery along Bang Pakong River, the boat normally passes this monastery and visitors can get off at the pier in front of the monastery or otherwise visitors can go there by car along Highway 304 (Chachoengsao – Kabinburi) approximately 17 kilometers, turn left to Highway 3121 to enter Bang Khla urban area about 6 kilometers via King Taksin the Great Shrine turn into the exit for 500 meters, the monastery is there.
