ตั้งอยู่ถนนศุภกิจ ต้บลบ้านใหม่ ห่างจากศาลากลางจังหวัด ๔ กิโลเมตร เป็นวัดจีนในพุทธศาสนาฝ่ายมหายานที่ขยายมาจากวัดเล่งเน่ยยี่ในกรุงเทพฯ สร้างขึ้นในสมัยรัชการที่ ๕ พ.ศ. ๒๔๔๙
สิ่งที่น่าสนใจภายในวัด ได้แก่ รูปปั้นขนาดใหญ่ของจตุโลกบาลและเทวรูปจีนอ้วยโห้ ซึ่งแต่งกายชุดนักรบ นอกจากนี้มีวิหารศักดิ์สิทธิ์ต่างๆ เช่น วิหารบูรพาจารย์ วิหารเจ้าแม่กวนอิม วิหารว่องอ้วนตี่ วิหารตี่ซังอ๋อ และสระนทีสวรรค์ เป็นต้น

This monastery is situated at Suphakit Road, Ban Mai District, 4 kilometers form the province city hall. It is a Chinese monastery of Maha Yana Buddhism, being a branch of Wat Leng Noei Yi, Bangkok, built in King Rama 5′ s reign in 1906.
The interesting things in this monastery are the big statues of the God of Four Earths Keeper and Uayho Chinese God lmage in warrior costume. Besides, there are many sacred viharns, such as Burapajarn, Kuan Yin Goddess, Wong-Uanti, Ti Sang Ong viharns and Natisawan Pond etc.
